We are passionate about scientific start-ups and are dedicated to supporting them during their technology development and commercialisation journey. Our goal is to free you to concentrate on your technical development, without incurring large executive costs but with complete confidence that the company is operating correctly.

If you are pre-funding we can help with your budget and investor presentations. We can also help scope out your immediate post-funding requirements – whether they are facilities or key suppliers (for example, IT, procurement and accounting)

Post-funding, we can set up all your operations, financial management and reporting, health and safety and quality strategy and culture. We are experienced to director level so can also contribute to board reports and investor relations as required. We have a wide range of suppliers that we can bring in as required such as business development and non-executive directors, sales and marketing and branding.

We will be on-site and hands-on so you can have complete confidence that the company is operating efficiently and be fully in control of its development.

Cash is key so we will set up and manage all your systems in the most cost-effective way. Out entire ethos is to target as much of your funding as possible to technology development whilst making sure the company is effectively managed.

We will set up and manage all your external suppliers. Accounting and bookkeeping, procurement, IT and purchasing and almost everything related to running your business can be outsourced – massively reducing costs. As long as it is all managed and reported properly this makes everything much simpler for you.

It’s simple – we are a service provider and will fit in with your requirements. We can work on a pro-rata hourly basis or a monthly retainer to cover everything you require. It’s entirely up to you.
